Designed by the renowned Holst Architects group, this mixed-use LEED certified building will be ready for occupancy August 2012.
After we created their business card website, the people at Archipelago Investments contacted us to create the site for their latest project: Boltwood Place.
Boltwood Place brings a contemporary, LEED certified, mixed-use building to downtown Amherst, MA.
We put the building front-and-center since it is the only one of its kind amongst the two-story brick buildings of downtown Amherst. The strategy has proven to be successful: Archipelago Investments has received extensive interest from prospective tenants through the website’s contact form.
The floors page is more of an application than a mere page. Our design goal was to bring a useful, rich display of information onto a single, uncluttered page. Compass, floor plan, total surface area, apartment plan, room dimensions and specifications can be viewed simultaneously.
Use of unobtrusive javascript combined with various performance optimizations make sure the experience is snappy, so that the user can focus on apartments instead of loading times.
That is the best real estate website I have seen. I’ve studied a lot of them, I’ve been asked to make one before and this one stands out above the rest. You are clearly a very talented developer.
Jan’s design skills and mastery of web technology were an excellent fit.
As we attempted to establish our goals, his guidance was extremely valuable and our beautiful website meets our needs perfectly. His attention to detail is extraordinary.
